CUANDO NADIE SE HA PEDIDO UN CENTRO NI SALE EN RESULTAS PUEDE UN SUSTITUTO OCUPAR LA PLAZA HASTA QUE SE DE COMO VACANTE EN UN CENTRO INFANTIL. O POR EL CONTRARIO SE QUEDA DESIERTA HASTA QUE SE LA DEN AUNA VACANTE.
